ALTON REGENERATION GROUP (SRB)
Minutes of the meeting held on Tuesday 26th FEBRUARY 2008 at The Royal Oak, Alton.
1. PRESENT: Gillian Morrison, Gabby Lees, David Scrivens, Linda Goodwin, John Moorhouse, Alan Heath, Pat Riesco

3. MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING: These were read and agreed
4. MATTERS ARISING:
PUMP AREA AND NEW ROAD GARDEN.
The plans and estimates from Arthur date from 2006 and new costings are required. Dave to talk to Arthur.
YOUTH PROJECT: Gabby hoped those interested in taking on this project would come to the AGM.
SPORTS FIELD: Nothing to report at present. School Properties Unit had agreed to help develop the site when the project was initiated a few years ago.
ALLOTMENTS: Nick Wigg to lead project. John suggested this item could be included in the appraisal so that we could assess interest.
CALENDARS: Cost £268 to produce and made a profit of £86
CAROLS AT THE ROUNDHOUSE: Donations of £198 were collected at the event.
PLANNING FOR REAL – To take place at Church fetes. St Peter’s – Sat 7th June, St. John’s – 28th June. Headteacher of St. Peter’s agreed to using front of school to position a small marquee.John & Sally to check the size of the marquee available.
Questions of the appraisal are to be decided at the next meeting.
