5. WEBSITE: John reported that the website was looking really  good and that Neil had done an excellent job since the last meeting. Angie had worded a letter to send out to recoup money from advertising. It was looked at and updated. John offered to take the letter away and arrange for Neil to send out e-mails to those advertising on the website. We would be asking for a £15 donation, but if anyone wanted to donate more to the upkeep of the website we would be grateful. Alan noted that the website was getting 40,000 hits a month so it was well worth the advertising especially for B&B’s. It was also agreed that this would be the same if any other businesses would like to advertise.
6. PUMP AREA AND NEW ROAD GARDEN:  This is in hand.
7. YOUTH PROJECT: Loz Mitchell was keen to set up a group for the possible skate board project, He agreed to meet with the interested young people in Alton. He would call the group Alton Skate Society. Angie agreed to talk to Dave Scrivens and ask him for a constitution for this group. Angie would contact Dave and ask him to communicate with Robert Goodley and Loz as previously agreed about the possibility of land use for this project. Alan gave Loz the information on Business plans and funding information verbally. Angie agreed to speak to Dave about use of a minibus. Loz offered to take some young people to skate parks in the area, but only if some of the parents would take turns to go. It was felt two people should always go in case of accidents.
8. SPORTS FIELD:  Gabby thought she may know some interested people for this project.
9. ANY OTHER BUSINESS:  It was agreed that Angie would do an information stall at the Church fetes on Saturday June 9th and Saturday June 30th.
