ANNUAL PARISH MEETING – 12th APRIL 2010,7PM TO BE HELD IN THE VILLAGE HALL, ALTON
The AGENDA for the meeting will be as follows: -

2. Chairman’s welcome and convening of the meeting
3. Minutes of the Annual Parish meeting held 6th April 2009
4. Matters Arising
5. Report of the Parish Clerk
6. Any other item of business put forward by an Elector
Please note: Any person may attend the Annual Parish Meeting although those not on the current electoral register may not speak without the prior approval of the Chairman who may wish to put it to the meeting. Only those on the current electoral register may vote upon any matter or motion put to the meeting.
This meeting will be followed immediately by the April meeting of the Parish Council.
Parish Council meetings are open to the public. A short adjournment is usually made to hear any relevant comments from members of the public present. Alternatively please contact the Parish Clerk (Tel 01538 702077) if you would like a matter to be raised at a Parish Council meeting.
